The Swedish Environmental Management Council participates in national and international projects relating to sustainable public procurement. SEMCo contributes through expert knowledge on green procurement, environmental management and environmental product declarations (EPD) in order to assist organisations in improving their sustainability performance.

International clients include United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the EU Commission and the Nordic Council of Ministers. Swedish clients include Ministry of the Environment, Swedish Energy Agency, Ministry for Rural Affairs and Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
